Company Background

BSM Group started business in 2001 under the name BuilderSmart Distribution Center Company Limited. The company distributes 2 types of product: "Alloy" brand Aluminum products and Gypsum wall & ceiling systems from Thai Gypsum Products Pcl. In 2008, the company became a public company and was renamed to BuilderSmart (Public) Co., Ltd., It was later listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) on 14 February 2008 with the Securities abbreviation “BSM”.

In 2006, the company started importing high-quality door and window systems for sale. The design was innovative, beautiful, durable, and suitable to install in tropical countries under the brand "Nulook", New Zealand. The products were well received and later the company was officially appointed by Altus, the "Nulook" brand owner, to be the exclusive manufacturer and sole distributor of the products in Southeast Asia and India. In 2013, the company established D&W (Asia) Ltd. to manufacture and distribute the products from their factory located in Phraek Sa subdistrict, Samut Prakan province. At present, the products have been installed in housing projects, condominiums, hotels, resorts, leading international schools, and other companies.

The business of the company group was moved forward by sustainable, continuous growth through realizing an opportunity to expand into the real estate development market because it could facilitate the growth of construction products. In 2016, the company established Sansara Development Ltd. to manage the Senior Living Project situated at Black Mountain Golf Club, Hua Hin district, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. It is a community for people who retired or semiretired in the form of a long-term lease. The length of the lease is equal to the lifetime of the leaser. This concept is consistent with the growing trend of the aging population worldwide. Attributed to the statistics, a high number of foreigners of retirement age seek to spend their lives in Thailand. In 2018, the company group established Teak Development Limited to develop an eight-story low-rise condominium at the heart of Bangkok. It currently has five projects and one low-rise project under development.
